The problem of slipping and falling has rather been an old one and dates back to the time when there were no shoes, slippers or footwear. It has largely been noticed that many incidents of tripping and falling are not because of poor levels of caution and alertness on one’s part but mainly due to the sub-standard quality of materials used in the paving the floor or pavements. What adds to this menace is the use of defective footwear. One must exercise caution in order to prevent any untoward happenings. There have been instances where people have averted what could have been fatal accidents, merely by showing some level of alertness and preparedness. CSI is making serious efforts to generate awareness among people and educating them so that the occurrences and repetitions of such avoidable accidents can be minimized. What is required out of an individual is to develop certain general safety plans and adhere to them at all times. Many a times people trip because of grease or some kind of oily stuff is spilled on the floor. All it is required is to inform the concerned authority regarding such cases and this problem can be resolved in no time.
