CSI performs this mission by working with its clients in a wide variety of situations. CSI performs these tasks by visiting a facility on a regular basis providing program and policy development, effective training programs, and an ongoing series of audits and inspections where employees are held accountable for working in a safe and responsible manner. By hiring CSI to perform these functions, it allows the client’s management staff to focus of the many other areas which currently affects the bottom line of the organization while at the same time obtaining peace of mind that the safety and environmental program is being well managed and that the welfare of its employees is in professional hands.
